Last weekend, we had to enjoy the beautiful weather, so we took a boat ride on the Grand River! Kenny even got a chance to drive. We had dinner out on the river and just enjoyed each others company!
This weekend....Friday night started with a visit at the Micho's and then we came home for pizza and games. The big thing though was that Josey received her report card, she got an A- in both Math & Reading, a B+ in Spelling and B's in Science, Social Studies & Writing. Great Job Josey!! Another big deal for Josey, she got a Beta fish for her bedroom.
Then Saturday, Josey had ballet & Jazz while Ken, Kenny & Papa changed Ken's brakes (awesome, he can stop now, thanks Papa!!!). Then Ken & I went to a Celtic Thunder concert at Van Andel (thanks Heather & Adam). Also, thanks to Jared for watching the kids...all 4 of them!! It was an experience, different, but neat. We left at intermission and had a drink at BW3. Haven't done that in awhile.
Jared, Joey & Natalie ended up spending the night and on Sunday we had lots of outdoor fun. Josey had her last class for Hunter's Safety in the afternoon and she passed the 50 question test with flying colors, she only had 5 wrong!! Now she is all ready to hunt...except that Dad still needs to teach her how to shoot straight :)
What a gorgeous weekend we had!!!!
